My first camera | Camera Suggestoins

Yashica Camera

People often ask me what kind of camera they should buy. Usually they are looking for something to shoot photos of their kids and family events. Sometimes it’s for a hobbyist who just loves taking pictures. The most important component is the lens. You can go with a budget camera body but I suggest investing in a great lens. Deciding on what lens(es) to buy depends on what you want to shoot. In this post I just want to suggest a camera lens/body combination that will get you started. After you learn the camera and figure out what you love to shoot then you should consider additional lenses. The two cameras I recommend are the Canon EOS 70D and the Nikon’s D5500.   To find out more about entry level DSLR cameras check out this article from B&H Photo
