Before You Get in Touch
Do you offer direction in front of the camera?

Absolutely. You don’t need to know how to pose or feel completely comfortable in front of the camera before your session. Whether you’re coming in for corporate headshots, executive portraits, or personal branding photography, we provide direction throughout the shoot, including posing, posture, expression, and small adjustments that make a significant difference. Our goal is to help you look confident and natural while still looking like yourself.

For individual sessions, a few days’ notice is often enough, and we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. For larger corporate shoots, conference and event photography, or commercial productions, we recommend contacting us at least two weeks in advance. The more time we have to plan, the better—especially when coordinating multiple people, locations, hair and makeup, or other production details.

Yes. Corporate, commercial, team, and event photography projects are quoted based on the specific needs of the assignment. Whether you need executive portraits, company headshots, or a larger commercial production, we’ll prepare a custom quote based on factors such as the number of people, location, photography time, deliverables, and production requirements.

Yes. Professional hair and makeup can be arranged for individual sessions, personal branding photography, executive portraits, and larger productions. We can help determine the level of hair and makeup support that makes sense for your shoot.

Yes. We photograph everything from small leadership teams to large company groups. Our Dallas studio can accommodate groups of up to approximately 20 people, and we can photograph much larger groups on location. For teams and group photography, we’ll help plan the setup, location, lighting, and schedule based on the size of your group.

Yes. We photograph projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and regularly travel for corporate and commercial photography assignments. If your project is outside DFW, tell us where you’re located and we can discuss travel and production requirements.

As many details as possible. Helpful information includes the type of photography you need, number of people being photographed, preferred dates, location, how the images will be used, and any specific deliverables or deadlines. If you don’t have all the details yet, that’s okay—we can help you work through them.
