Do you photograph at our office or another location?
For corporate lifestyle sessions, we typically come to you! We will utilize your office, lobby, or workspace as the backdrop to tell your company’s authentic story. If you don’t have a physical office space, let us know, and we can discuss shooting in our studio or renting an office space.
What is corporate lifestyle photography?
Corporate lifestyle photography captures your team in real workplace settings, showcasing authentic interactions, collaboration, and company culture. These images go beyond traditional headshots to create engaging visuals for your website, marketing, recruiting, and brand storytelling.
How should our team prepare?
Preparing for a corporate lifestyle session is simple. Encourage your team to wear professional attire that reflects your company’s brand and coordinate colors without matching exactly. Choose clean, well-fitting clothing and avoid busy patterns or large logos unless they’re part of your brand identity.
Before the session, I’ll provide wardrobe recommendations and work with your team on posing, expressions, and natural interactions. There’s no need for anyone to worry about “looking photogenic”—I’ll guide everyone throughout the session to create authentic, confident images that feel natural and professional.
How long does a typical session take?
Every corporate lifestyle session is customized to your team’s needs. Smaller team sessions with a few lifestyle images and group photos are often completed in 1–2 hours. Medium-sized teams typically require a half-day session, while larger organizations or projects involving multiple departments, locations, or a variety of scenarios are best suited for a full-day session.
Before your session, we’ll discuss your goals and create a photography plan that ensures we have the right amount of time to capture everything efficiently without feeling rushed.
How are images selected and delivered?
After your session, you’ll receive a private online proof gallery where you can review the images and select your favorites for professional retouching. Once your selections are approved, the final high-resolution images will be delivered electronically.
We typically deliver images via secure Dropbox Transfer. For organizations with IT or security policies that restrict Dropbox access, we are happy to provide an alternative delivery method that aligns with your company’s requirements.
Can the final images be retouched?
Yes, we offer basic retouching services to ensure your photos meet your expectations. Specific requests can be discussed during your consultation.
